Here is a list of our recent transactions. We are involved in numerous transactions each year either as a funding source, partnering with other funders or secured lenders, acting as the investment banker, or providing merger and acquisition consulting services

Not all of the transactions in which we are involved are reverse mergers. Submit a request if you have a particular structure, funding request or something else in mind.  We are very flexible and try to close as many deals as we can each year.  We won't waste your time or ours if we don't think we can help you.  We try our best to give a quick "Yes" or "No" response to each submittal, and may even refer you to someone else who may be able to help you if we can't.
